Designed exclusively for drywall contractors, our Drywall Database makes it easy for the contractor to produce estimates for projects of all sizes. The database works within the Sage Estimating environment and is set to work with Master Builder Standard Estimating and Sage Estimating Standard or Extended. Using this database you will be able to do fast takeoff to produce detailed professional estimates.
The Database Includes:
- All sizes and gauge of exterior metal studs and track.
- All sizes, gauge and lengths of interior partition wall metal stud and track.
- All common GWB types in the standard dimensions available.
- GWB finishing accessories, fasteners, bridging, deflections systems, blocking, and plywood.
All items have embedded WBS codes that list the manufacturer the item is referenced from, the catalog number and the page number on the catalog where you can find the specific item. All materials are referenced with bill of material codes. Using this database you will be able to produce bill of material lists by room, floor, area, lift, or any other way you wish to have your supplier provide your drops.
Assemblies The Drywall Database offers assemblies for effectively any type of exterior or interior partition wall construction, soffits, ceilings, enclosures, blocking, bridging, and power lifts. The assemblies offer fast and detailed takeoff with a minimal number of variables to answer. All assemblies are compatible for use with digitizers and other electronic takeoff methods.
