Designed for industrial general contractors the database makes it easy for the contractor to produce estimates for projects of all sizes. The database works within the Sage Timberline Estimating environment and is available to work with Sage 100 or Sage 300 Accounting software. The database is available for the Estimating Core Plus versions. Using this database, you will be able to do fast takeoff to produce detailed professional estimates. This version of the database is set up in the CSI MasterFormat divisions 1 to 48 number structure

The assemblies offer fast takeoff with a minimal number of variables to answer. All assemblies are compatible for use with digital 2-D and 3-D electronic takeoff methods. There are assemblies for both budget and detailed takeoff. Additional phases, items, and assemblies may be added by the user at any time in this database.
Professional Standards Database Solutions offers expert consultation with each contractor to modify the database to their specific needs. Common modifications or additions include Job Cost System set up, additional contractor specific WBS codes and new contractor specific database section or assemblies.
